Memorial Day at Market Street in The Woodlands
Head over to Market Street in The Woodlands on Sunday, May 30th and listen to top 40 hits by local favorite band, Rapture. Bring your own blankets and chairs so you can relax as you enjoy the concert in the Market
Memorial Day at Memorial City Mall
Visit the Memorial City Mall on Monday, May 31st from 11AM to 2PM for an event in remembrance and honor of military veterans who made the ultimate sacrifice. Watch a WWII aircraft flyover with a patriotic presentation. Afterward, the mall will have live music and all kinds of fun activities.
Memorial Day 10K & 5K in Cypress
Kick off the unofficial start of summer by joining the Houston Running Co Memorial Day 5K and 10K. This race is in honor of all fallen heroes and will start at 7AM on Monday, May 31st. There’s still time to register and join in! In addition to the primary 5K and 10K races, this race will also feature a kids race and virtual race option.
Memorial Day Patio Party at Fielding’s Local in The Woodlands
Live music, phenomenal food, and all-American features. Head over to Fielding’s Local in The Woodlands at 3PM on Monday, May 31st to join in the celebration. Live music from Anthony Pitt & Justin Peña will be from 6-9PM
Memorial Day Car Show in North Houston
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to check out some beautiful vehicles or even show off your own at Speedsportz Racing Park North Houston on Monday, May 31st! Food trucks military awards, raffles, and more are sure to make this event one a can’t miss! The event is free for spectators and $25 for those who’d like to join the fun by participating!
Old West Fest in Pearland
Step back in time at the the Old West Fest Saturday May 29th and Sunday May 30th! Watch the Old West Theatre’s performance of The Rustlers of Red Rock, check out a gallery of local western artists, grab some delicious food at food truck alley, and work it all off by dancing to some live music!
Dewberry Farm Spring Fest
Memorial Day weekend is your last chance to head over to Dewberry farms for outdoor fun, activities, and beautiful flowers. The festival is all weekend long, with admission at $14.95 per person for ages 3 and up.
Giovannie & the Hired Guns at Dosey Doe on I-45 in The Woodlands
Dust off your dancing boots and head over to Dosey Doe on Friday night! The Big Barn welcomes the Texas rock and roll band, Giovannie & the Hired Guns, for a live performance.
Memorial Day Remembrance at George Ranch Historical Park
George Ranch Historical Park hosts a Memorial Day Remembrance with a high noon gun salute and wreath laying to recognize fallen soldiers. After the remembrance, the park will offer additional activities, including a donut eating contest where the winner takes home the Golden Cowboy Boot Trophy.
Rienzi Garden Tours Memorial Day Weekend in Houston
Head to the beautiful Museum of Fine Arts Rienzi Garden on Saturday, May 29, 2021 from 10 a.m. to noon for a free, self-paced garden tour. Docents are stationed throughout the wooded grounds to answer any questions that may pop up as you view the glorious garden.
