“It’s simple: my team. I adore the people I work with.”

“The satisfaction of helping people in need. During Hurricane Harvey, I helped a variety of people while they were rebuilding their lives and was able to give them a peace of mind during this difficult time.”

What is the most rewarding part of your day?
Denise
“I love being able to help my clients and to give them the best experience. Making them happy and seeing how happy they are with us is the best.”

“Being able to watch our company grow. I love helping my clients with our Amazing product. I know that as we grow, we’re able to help more people.”
Matt
“Working with my manager, Missy. I seriously laugh more with her than I have with any other co-worker in my life. We’re more like family.”
Ron
“I love the challenge of making a sale. The most rewarding part of my day is after I have been successful with sales, I’m able to take a moment while closing the store and feel good about how everything fell into place. It’s extremely satisfying.”
What is your favorite aspect about your job?
Denise
“I love being the leader of my store team. I enjoy the challenges and responsibilities that come with managing a store.”
Eva
“The clients. My heart just jumps up whenever I see a client drive up and visit the store. No matter who they are or why they’re here, I love making their experience Amazing.”
Matt
“I have two favorite parts of my job. I love being able to help my clients. For example, I had someone hug me today because they were so happy with the service they received. I also love being able to work to achieve my goals and help achieve our company mission.”

“I like having face-to-face interactions with our clients. I love being able to help them find the best solutions for their problems.”
What is your favorite part about working for Amazing Spaces?
Denise
“Everything! The comradery of our team. The way the owners make us feel valued. I truly feel appreciated here. You’re not a number or a department, we’re all unique and have our own place within the company.”
Eva
“My favorite part is everything! Working with my team, helping people. There’s no one specific “favorite part”, instead all parts together are Amazing. I love this company. I don’t just like my job, I love it.”
Matt
“I enjoy the flexibility of my schedule. We’re able to have a personal life and take care of anything that may come up. They do a lot to create a perfect work-life balance.”

“The friendliness and comradery of every person I have talked to. It’s really like a big family. I’ve never been treated with anything other than the utmost respect.”
What advice would you give someone on their first day at Amazing Spaces?
Denise
“Relax. You’re going to win and do an Amazing job. You will be an A-Player”

“Always stay positive and try to remember to give everyone the best experience ever, right when they walk through that door. Try to make them leave with a smile.”
Matt
“Pay attention and smile. You’ll get hit with a lot, but stay positive and you make it.”
Ron
“Don’t be afraid to ask. Ask questions like your life depends on it. The question you failed to ask will be the one you get stuck on the most. You’ll be thinking why didn’t I ask!?”
