Free Storage for Life Giveaway Contest Details
- Contest Information: No purchase necessary; a purchase will not increase your odds of winning.
- Prize: Amazing Spaces, Inc will randomly draw one (1) individual to receive a one (1) free month of storage rent, up to a $200 value in credit or cost of current unit per month via a live drawing at the Greenway ~ River Oaks ~Upper Kirby grand opening party. Price may only be used on a storage unit, not merchandise, truck rentals, or any other Amazing Spaces service. Any credit in excess of $200 per month will be forfeited and can not roll over to another month or unit.
- Prize lasts the duration of the stay inside an Amazing Spaces unit; prize becomes null and void after the winner moves out of their unit. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth. Prize becomes null and void should the property in which the prize is claimed be sold by Amazing Spaces, Inc to a 3rd party. A signed lease will be required to obtain the Prize unit and all lease terms must be fully complied with throughout the duration of the rental contract. There is no limit to the number of years for the prize to be claimed; total lifetime value of prize to not exceed $49,999.00.
- Amazing Spaces, Inc. reserves the right to disclose winner’s name and identity.
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older to receive free storage incentive, employees of Amazing Spaces, Inc and their family members are not eligible to win.
- Entry Period: The Giveaway begins at 12:00am CDT on 04/01/2023 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted using the Amazing Spaces official submission form before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Giveaway will end on 07/10/2023* at 11:59pm.
- After the Entry Period, on or about 07/11/2023, at the Amazing Spaces Greenway Grand Opening Party, Amazing Spaces, Inc will select 1 potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. If the winner does not respond or claim prize within 48 hours of the prize awarded, another winner may be randomly selected from eligible entries.
- By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Amazing Spaces, Inc, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection The Giveaway or the acceptance of the Prize.
- The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for any additional taxes, administrative fees, and insurance requirements levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Promotional Prize.
- Amazing Spaces, Inc reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend The Giveaway if, in its sole judgment, The Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.
- By entering the Giveaway each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Giveaway and the awarding of the Prize. Amazing Spaces, Inc reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
